Very simple but not simple-minded. Hate what human beings do to each other (on a daily basis). I’m crazy enough to think that the world would suffer some grave deprivation if I didn’t share the senseless thoughts that go around in my head.

They fuck you up, your mum and dad. They may not mean to, but they do. They fill you with the faults they had and add some extra, just for you. But they were fucked up in their turn by fools in old-style hats and coats, who half the time were soppy-stern...

I believe the lesbians are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. Show them all the beauty they possess inside. Give them a sense of pride, to make it easier. Let the lesbians’ laughter remind us how we used to be.

Gaelick is made up of a group of Irish people who talk too much. We’re all friends who are sick of pretending to listen to eachother and basically just want an audience. Ok, seriously, we’re a group of mates who decided that we wanted an e-zine for Irish lesbians, and why wait and complain when we can do it ourselves?
Our Mission is to articulate and foster the inherent aesthetic and cultural values of the contemporary queer and women’s movement. To honor our LGBTQ cultural heritage and bring it’s discourse into everyday dialog.
The idea behind my site came from a single thought and question I’ve asked myself many times, “Where can I meet successful lesbians who share similar life experiences?” I have a Bachelor’s Degree and currently working on my Masters. I consider myself a chameleon, with the ability to adapt to any situation I’m placed in. I can go out to the nightclubs wearing my “street gear” and have a wonderful time dancing with a beautiful woman, then turn around and change into my business suit, head off to work, and meet with the CEO to discuss company related issues.
Queermergent is a play on the words Queer and Emergent. Queermergent is a place for those who identify as LGBTQ who are desiring a safe place to partake in mature discussions regarding the LGBTQ community of faith within a 21st Century, postmodern, emergent/emerging church context. Queermergent is also a space for those that are not from the LGBTQ community but desire to understand us more, ask questions, and contribute to the queer conversation in a life-affirming way.

The Lesbian Question is a blog for, but more importantly by, lesbians. TLQ is the perfect place for dissing horrible dyke movies or raving about a new Pink song. It is also a great hang-out if you’re looking to recover from a bad break-up, to revel in some good old dyke clichés or for sharing a piece of your well-hidden lesbo-poetry. Or for some plain old Bette Porter-worshipping of course.
